Chester Baldwin

Mr. Baldwin is a lobbyist and attorney in private practice at Baldwin Legal Group, PLLC representing clients at the Legislature and with agencies of government. He has built strong relationships with lawmakers in House and Senate Leadership and members of each caucus to facilitate the priorities of his clients. Mr. Baldwin’s business experience along with his degrees in Healthcare, Finance, Business Computer Information Systems, and Law make him uniquely positioned to facilitate unified solutions on a broad range of client issues. He routinely facilitates meetings with lawmakers, reviews and drafts legislation, and testifies before the Legislature.
Mr. Baldwin graduated from the University of Washington Foster School of Business with Honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Business Computer Information Systems and concurrently earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health from the UW School of Public Health and Community Medicine. After graduating, he worked as a financial analyst and healthcare consultant for Mercer Human Resource Consulting before attending Seattle University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate, graduating with Honors. Mr. Baldwin is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Thurston & Pierce County Bar Associations and is also admitted to practice in Federal Court.
As a lobbyist in Olympia, Mr. Baldwin represents a diverse group of clients, associations, and industries dedicated to serving their members. Mr. Baldwin works with lawmakers, state agencies, and county and city governments to solve his clients’ issues and protect their industries from burdensome regulation and tax consequences.

Joe DePinto

Mr. DePinto has over ten years of experience working in Washington State politics having worked for Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers, State Representative Paul Harris, and Outcomes by Levy. As Representative Harris’ Executive Legislative Aide, he worked closely with all House Republican Members and the Leadership team due to Representative Harris being the House Minority Whip at the time. Because of the Representative’s role as the Assistant Ranking Member on the House Healthcare Committee, Mr. DePinto was able to establish working relationships with the committee’s Members and staff.
Besides extensive relationships with House and Senate Members, he has a good working relationship with the Association of Washington Cities and has focused these past two sessions on local government issues where he most successfully lead efforts to pass SB 6197, relating to employer's payment of indebtedness upon the death of an employee, sponsored by Senator Kieser. Mr. DePinto has recently started work for the Optometric Physicians of Washington, performing grassroots coordination and lobbying services. Mr. DePinto is also a current Council Member for the City of Yelm.

Peter Lukevich

Mr. Lukevich brings his nearly 20 years of non-profit executive leadership to the team. He has represented associations at the national and state levels of government including the Congress and State legislatures in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon and the office of the Governor. His background includes 30 years of combined experience as an Attorney, Judge, Lobbyist, Legislative Chair of the District and Municipal Judges Association, small business owner, on-air radio personality, Adjunct College Professor and community activist and high school football coach.
Peter brings a unique combination of legal training, association management, and legislative advocacy to the position of Executive Director. He has helped elected association leadership develop key strategies and policies as well as grow and assure that the association prospers financially. Mr. Lukevich has drafted comprehensive pieces of legislation, association budgets, newsletters, and works well under tight time constraints and understands and respects the meaning of confidentiality.
His grasp of the big picture and making sure that association goals and objectives are advanced or protected is his strength. He has worked on a variety of transportation, judicial, and regulatory matters confronting the judiciary, third party debt collectors, the registered tow truck industry, and independent contractors. Mr. Lukevich also played an instrumental role in securing funding from the sale of bonds for the construction of SAFECO Field (now T-Mobile Park) for the development of outdoor recreation projects across the State of Washington.
